Tuna salad and Duck - Scavenging for Food on a Scorcher Day

As the title says, it's been really hot outside. But we had just come back from the gym, and we were starving. I found some celery and mint in the fridge, and I cobbled this snack together.

Tuna salad with lots of crunchy celery pieces with some mint, lime, salt, and pepper. It actually turned out to be pretty good. It was just enough food to keep us indoors until we could go outside and pick up dinner.

Fatty delicious roast duck! If you've never had this before, and you live near a Chinese store where these deep orange-brown ducks hang on a hook in the windows, you're missing out my friend.
